RAMP Registration

Procedure for a PLAYER

• 
  Team leaders should have their players contact them when registration is complete for their own tracking purposes.  
  
  Players that do not purchase an ABA & CB player membership are not permitted to play in the EBA and thus will be removed from the team roster by administration. 
  
  
  1. Once your team has been activated by Edmonton Basketball Association, an email invite will be sent to each player.
  
  When you receive the Team Registration Invite for your team, click the link in the email. Or go to: http://eba.rampregistrations.com (but your will need your Team Invite Code to connect your registration to your team). If you do not get an email from the RAMP system, contact your team rep. They will then have to manually send you your team’s registration code.  
  
  2. Each new player will have to create a new user profile. Returning players can login with your email and password.  
  
  3. Register to a Team             
  
  Choose Account Member                - Pick your name or add a family member (if not listed)             
  Choose Role                                        - Select: I am a player             
  
  Complete Participant Information - Fill in your personal information             
  
  Choose Your Package                      - Select 2024-25 ABA/CB Annual Membership  
  
  4. Waiver / Consent /Acknowledgement            
  
  Each player will be required to digitally sign the following documents: EBA Code of Conduct, EBA Waiver, ABA & CB Waiver and Permissions Form. Check thesection stating you are the age of majority. Optional: communications opt-in  
  
  5. Upload a Photo and a copy of a government issued ID (mandatory). Only administrative staff of the EBA or ABA will have access to your ID photo.

  8. Confirm Details –Payment Information: 2024-25 ABA Membership Year is $13.00 and Canada Basketball Membership is $9.00. Payments are due by the team’s last seeding round game. Player memberships must be paid via credit card. 
  
  9. You will then receive an email receipt for a completed registration.  
  
  10. The EBA will be tracking each team’s ABA/CB player membership completion. Team reps can login to their RAMP account go to My Teams then select Manage. From there, team reps can track who has completed their registrations  
  
  
  ***** ABA & CB Memberships are valid from September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025. You only have to purchase these once and are valid for the Fall/Winter season, Spring League and Summer League. You will still have to register for each season, but the cost will be listed as $0.00.
